Doesn't matter if you're .a stressed out student, and over worked business person, or a new parent having a sleepless night - this salty, creamy, crispy, chocolatey delight will bring just a little bit of calm to the middle of your storm.
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter
4 thick slices brie
1 bar 75% dark Yukon Chocolate
1. Butter each piece of bread, place buttered side down on a cutting board then pile brie and chopped chocolate on top, the place other piece of bread on top buttered side up.
2.Heat a skillet over medium high heat, place sandwich in pan and toast until brown, flip sandwich and continue to cook until other side is brown and cheese and chocolate are melted. Remove from pan and eat.
