It's pretty simple; we use quality ingredients to make quality food. We take time and care to gather high quality raw cocoa from around the world, roast it and grind it ourselves right here in Yukon and let the flavour of minimally processed cocoa speak for itself.
With that in mind we do our best to let the ingredients dictate their own fate, some batches of cocoa taste best left deep, dark and brooding - while others benefit from a bit of milk and sugar. While another might benefit from a bit of something silly - like coffee. Or sprinkles. The best part of working at a chocolate factory is knowing that every day is going to be its own little bit of sweet chaos.
